Test Circle provides AI-powered, codeless test automation tools for QA engineers and product managers. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service. Misuse may result in account suspension or termination.

All content, software, and technology on Test Circle are the property of Test Circle or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform according to these terms.
6. Payment & Subscriptions
Some features require a paid subscription. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and access will continue until the end of the billing period.
7. Limitation of Liability
Test Circle is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these terms or is otherwise harmful to the service or other users.
